  • Confirmation of a successful payment from Stripe. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or other payment details — all transactions are securely handled by Stripe. Our system receives only a success response, which is used to activate your subscription access.

How We Use Your Information

  • To personalize your experience and track your practice progress
  • To handle support inquiries or technical issues
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your data is only visible to others in the following cases:

  • You have linked your account to a teacher by entering their unique teacher code. This allows the teacher to assign you practice homework and view the last 30 days of your practice activity, including session durations, tags, and notes. You may remove this access at any time from your Account page.

Your Choices

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are securely handled by Stripe. While all sales are generally considered final, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at support@trackmypractice.com or through our Contact Us form.

4. Content and Usage

  • You may not upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system

5. Student Account Linking

If you choose to link your account to a teacher by entering their unique teacher code, that teacher will be able to view your recent practice logs and assign you practice tasks. You may remove this access at any time from your Account page.

6. Limitation of Liability

TrackMyPractice is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of the site.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.
